Your Instructor
For the past seven years, Coach Kristen has dedicated herself to empowering women in their health and fitness journeys, positively impacting the lives of over 2,000 women. Her core mission is to help you establish a balanced relationship with food, boost your confidence, and nurture a love for both yourself and a healthy lifestyle. Kristen's personal experience with disordered eating, including struggles with orthorexia nervosa, binge eating, and purging, drives her commitment to ensuring you develop a sustainable and healthy relationship with food and your body. She believes in providing you with the tools and knowledge necessary to eventually navigate your wellness journey independently, without the need for rigid plans or ongoing coaching. Kristen firmly believes that fitness should be enjoyable and adaptable, and her program is crafted to demonstrate that prioritizing health can seamlessly integrate with other aspects of your life.
Although Kristen is a NASM CPT and has a CNC NASM certification, she places greater value on the wealth of experience gained from transforming the lives of over 2,000 women. Specializing in helping clients discover balance, master time management, cultivate a positive mindset, foster a healthy relationship with food, and build physical and mental strength, Kristen is committed to empowering you to become more confident than ever before.
